COM: On judicial activism

I generally consider Antonin Scalia one of our vilest judges. He can be entertaining, but sometimes is so outright mean as to make one wonder how he got approved unanimously. But he did. In any case here is the text of a recent speech (some of which revolts me) that makes some sense if you're prone to being led. The commentary and Q&A that go along with it are must reads as well.
