The Daily Silliness
i just found out that my cloak of invisibility doesn't work and apparently never has . . .
random dire thoughts on humor from a night of dealing with humor . . .
ha, i love how people always get some humor out of things that i'm not saying to be humorous . . . only a tiny handful of people ever get the layers of my meaning . . .
and how the need to be astute has nothing to do with whether someone gets it . . . maybe that has something to do with a lot of my postings being direct at just a few folks who will get it . . . still, it's funny to see people trying to be funny . . .
here's a general hint, it takes that insight to be funnier than the original, it's why we have so few comics i guess . . .
i have decided that the generation of 15-20 year olds out there, maybe, maybe, up to 25 or so, are the group with the most highly refined sense of humor . . . there is an observable, again - in general, direct correlation between the age someone is who comments on my socnet postings and the lameness of the comment . . . with a handful, a HANDFUL, of notable exceptions . . . of course everyone is an exception . . .
and whenever i get really disgusted and can't fathom how it is that republicans get elected in this country, to anything, all i have to do is spend fifteen minutes reading the comments section of any YouTube video . . .
